Terms of participation: monthly Roxzone prize draw

1. Organiser
The prize draw is organised by the operator named in the Roxzone imprint.
2. Eligibility
Registered Roxzone users aged 18 or over and resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland may take part.
Because some existing accounts hold no date of birth, the minimum age cannot always be verified in advance. Roxzone therefore reserves the right to verify the winner's age when the prize is handed over.
3. Taking part
An entry arises from a ticket handover arranged through Roxzone and confirmed by both users involved.
Every confirmed trade earns:
- 2 entries for the person offering the ticket,
- 1 entry for the person receiving it.
This requires that the handover came about through Roxzone and that the offering user can select the actual trading partner from the users they were in contact with on Roxzone about that ticket.
Handovers arranged outside Roxzone earn no entries. If a ticket is passed on to somebody without a Roxzone account, or to somebody there was no prior contact with on Roxzone, that handover cannot be counted towards the prize draw.
At most two confirmed trades per user and calendar month are counted towards the prize draw.
Where more than two handovers are confirmed within a calendar month, the two confirmed first count towards the draw. Further confirmed handovers may still be recorded statistically but do not increase the chance of winning that month.
4. Prize
One ESN product package worth 250 € is drawn per calendar month.
The winner may choose products from the ESN range up to that value. The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
5. Determining the winner
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries after the end of the calendar month.
The draw takes place no later than 7 days after the end of the month.
6. Notifying the winner
The winner is notified through their Roxzone inbox and at the e-mail address linked to their Roxzone account.
The winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the notification being sent and supply the details needed to hand over the prize. These may include name, delivery address, proof or confirmation of age, and the product selection.
If no response arrives within that period, the prize lapses without replacement. No second draw takes place.
7. Abuse and exclusion
Roxzone reserves the right to check confirmed handovers for manipulation or abuse.
Where there is reasonable suspicion of fabricated handovers, multiple accounts, arranged sham trades or other manipulation, individual entries may be excluded from the draw after a manual review.
A technical flag on its own never leads to an automatic exclusion.
8. Data protection
The data required to run the prize draw is processed for that purpose. Further information is set out in the Roxzone privacy policy.
If you win, the data needed to deliver the prize, in particular name, delivery details and product selection, is passed to ESN so that the prize can be sent to you.
9. Cooperation with ESN
The prize draw is organised and run by Roxzone. The prize is provided as part of the cooperation with ESN and is shipped to the winner by ESN once the winner has been determined.
Roxzone is responsible for participation, for running the draw and for determining the winner.
10. Other provisions
Roxzone reserves the right to amend, suspend or end the prize draw for good cause, in particular where it cannot be run properly for technical, legal or abuse-related reasons.
Recourse to the courts regarding the determination of the winner is excluded as far as legally permissible.
